Watermelon Panna

Ingredients to make Watermelon Panna

  • 1bowl watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1tbsp black salt
  • 1tbsp chat masala
  • 1tbsp roasted jeera powder
  • Ice cubes as required

How to make Watermelon Panna

  1. Roast watermelon cubes on Tawa. Once cool down add lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp jeera powder and marinate it. Keep it for 5 minutes for marination.
  2. Take jar add marinated water melon, ice cubes, black salt, and little chat masala. Blend it nicely.
  3. Pour into glass, add little jeera powder and chat masala on top.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves & watermelon cubes.
  5. Serve chilled.
