Plum Panna

Ingredients to make Plum Panna

  • 15 ripe plums
  • 1 to 2 glass of water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 15 chopped mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

How to make Plum Panna

  1. Boil plums in water for 5mins
  2. After cool mash and strain the pulp through a strainer.
  3. Adjust more water
  4. Adjust sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the fruit
  5. Let the mixture boil till the sugar melts completely
  6. Put black salt, fresh mint leaves or dried, honey in the glass along with lime juice. stir all the ingredients with little water.
  7. Place ice cubes then pour plump juice over it. Serve cool Khatta Meetha Plum Panna
My Tip: Adjust sugar and honey according to the sweetness of plums
