ABOUT Mango Watermelon Smoothie RECIPE

Mango and watermelon go together very well in a smoothie. This is a healthy version.Honey is added to make the smoothie a bit sweeter.This smoothie keeps you full throughout the day and gives a natural energy boost.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups cubed de seeded watermelon
  2. 1 ripe mango - peeled and diced into cubes
  3. 2 tbsp honey (according to sweet preference)
  4. 2 tbsp fresh curd
  5. 2 pinches black salt
  6. 2-4 mint leaves
  7. 1 tsp rose water
  8. 1/2 cup ice cubes
  9. For the Garnish:
  10. Some small watermelon scoops(balls)
  11. 2 tbsp mango chunks
  12. A mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Firstly gather all the ingredients.
  2. Add watermelon, mango, water, and sugar and all ingredients together in a blender.
  3. Blend all ingredients to get a smooth thick mixture.
  4. Place ice into glasses and pour smoothie over ice.
  5. Garnish with watermelon balls, mango chunk and mint sprig.
