A very famous dessert which is a part of every Indian festival can be presented in a new way.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Seviyan
  2. 2 cups whole cream milk.
  3. 3 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 tbsp ghee.
  5. Dry fruits of your choice

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. Add the Seviyan and fry till they become golden brown.
  3. Pour milk and let it come to boil.
  4. Let the milk gets thick on low flame, then add sugar and mix well.
  5. Once the Seviyan is completely cooked and milk is thicked add chopped dry fruits.
  6. The Seviyan kheer is ready, I used leftover so it was at room temperature.
  7. Added the kheer in the kulfi mold, kept it in the fridge until set.
