Ingredients to make Bajra Flour Porridge.

  • Bajra Flour
  • Jaggery powder
  • ghee

How to make Bajra Flour Porridge.

  1. Roast the bajra flour in ghee (as we roast sooji before making halwa)
  2. Now to prepare 1 serve ( 1 small katori) of this sweet - take 2 spoons of the roasted flour in small katori and add water to it. Mix this well so that there are no lumps in it
  3. Take a vessel add 1 katori water. Once the water is heated. Pour the mixture prepared in step 2.
  4. Now add the jaggery powder 1spoon or 2 spoons depending on how much sweet required
  5. Heat the mixture till it thickens and then serve hot.
  6. Add ghee on top to add more taste.
My Tip: you can put jaggery lumps also but it will take time to melt in water so I prefer jaggery powder to make it faster.
