Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bajra Flour
  2. Jaggery powder
  3. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Roast the Bajra flour in ghee (as we roast sooji before making halwa)
  2. Now to prepare 1 serve of this sweet - take 2 spoons of the roasted flour in a small pan and add water to it. Mix this well so that there are no lumps in it
  3. Take a vessel add 1 cup water. Once the water is heated. Pour the mixture prepared in step 2.
  4. Now add the jaggery powder 1spoon or 2 spoons depending on how much sweet required
  5. Heat the mixture till it thickens and then serves hot.
  6. Add ghee on top to add more taste.
