Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Truffle Cake

  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) -- 2Cups
  • Unsalted Melted Butter -- 1Cup
  • Sugar -- 1Cup
  • Cocoa Powder -- 1Cup
  • Baking Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
  • Baking Soda -- 1/4Tbsp
  • Milk -- 1/2Cup
  • Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar -- 1
  • Whipped Cream -- 1/2Cup
  • Chocolate Chips -- to garnish
  • Milk -- 1/4Cup

How to make Eggless Chocolate Truffle Cake

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees. Then take a large bowl and add all the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and sugar). Mix them all together.
  2. Now add butter and milk to the bowl and whisk it nicely without forming any lumps.
  3. Transfer this cake batter to a greased cake pan.
  4. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 25-30Min
  5. When the toothpick comes out clean your cake is ready to come out of the oven and let the cake get cooled.
  6. To make the chocolate truffle, melt the chocolate using the double boiler and add milk once the chocolate is melted completely.
  7. Now remove that bowl from the stove and mix the whipped cream into it. Mix everything well.
  8. Apply this chocolate truffle ganache on the Cake completely and Garnish the cake with chocolate chips.
