ABOUT Chhaas RECIPE

A cooling and refreshing summer drink made with yoghurt

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. yoghurt 11/2 cups
  2. cumin powder 1 tsp (roasted)
  3. black salt to taste
  4. ginger juice 1 tsp
  5. dried mint leaves 1 tsp
  6. green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
  7. water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the yoghurt with a wooden churner or Hand blender
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk well.
  3. Add water and ice cubes as required and whisk.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves or coriander leaves.
