Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Plums-8 deseeded and cut
  2. Sugar-1 cup(adjust according to the sweetness of your plum)
  3. Cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
  4. Ghee-3tbsp
  5. Corn flour-1/4 cup
  6. Cashews-10 nos crushed
  7. Cardamom powder-1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil plums with half cup sugar, cinnamon powder, and water till the plums are cooked.cool them grind them in a blender.Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee roast cashew and take out.
  2. Pour the plums puree to it and add cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water.keep stirring.when it starts thickening add cardamom powder and cashew add two tbsp ghee.
  3. Keep stirring.once it starts leaving the sides of the pan transfer to a greased vessel.keep aside for two hours to set.
  4. It comes out non-sticky and set perfectly. Your yummy plum halwa is ready..this halwa has a tangy sweet taste.
