Saffron Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Saffron Mango Ice Cream

  • Whipping Cream- 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk- 200 ml
  • Mango- 1/2 kg
  • Saffron- a pinch (dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk)
  • Powdered Sugar- 4 tbsp

How to make Saffron Mango Ice Cream

  1. Beat cold whipping cream using a hand mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  3. Then, turn up the speed again and whip until your mixture is thick.
  4. Now clean and peel the mangoes and make a puree.
  5. Pour mango puree, dissolved saffron mixture and powdered sugar into the whipped cream mixture and mix gently using a spatula.
  6. Pour the ice cream mixture in freezer box and freeze atleast for six hours or overnight.
  7. Your ice cream is ready to serve.
