ABOUT Almond Flavor Pistachio Ice cream RECIPE

Yummy Badam Flavoured Pista Ice cream, to beat the heat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 ml of Milk
  2. 3 tsp of corn flour powder
  3. 3 tsp of Pistachio flakes
  4. 100 gm of Sugar
  5. 3 drops of Almond essence
  6. 1/2 tsp of Saffron

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with saffron, and sugar till it reduces to 200 ml.
  2. Mix corn flour powder with water without any lumps. Add it to the milk little by little without any lumps and boil for 2 minutes more.
  3. Add almond essence and pistachio flakes. Stir continuously and remove from the heat, leave it to cool. This is the ice cream.
  4. Transfer the ice cream mix into a container close it with a lid and keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  5. After two hours take the mixture from the freezer and run it in a mixie buzz mode for about 2 to 3 times and pour this blended ice cream mix into ice cream mould keep it inside the freezer once again for 6 to 8 hours.
