ABOUT Baked vatka RECIPE

Vatka puri or katori chaat with a twist, made the puris by baking them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Jeera 1 spoon
  4. Oil as required
  5. Boiled potato 1 cup
  6. Boiled moog 1 cup
  7. Boiled blk channa 1 cup
  8. Kurmura 1 cup
  9. Fried penuts 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped mangoes 2 to 3 spoons
  11. Green chuntey as required
  12. Red garlic chuntey as required
  13. Imli n dates ki chuntey
  14. Chaat masala
  15. Coriander
  16. Lemon Juice 1 Spoon

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl add in maida,salt an 2 spoons of oil and make firm dough and keep it aside fir 10 to 20 mins.
  2. Make small puries and take small katori and plce the puries on that katories and bake it in oven for 10 to 12 mins. 170 to 180 degree.
  3. We can even fry the katories.
  4. Now take another mixing bowl add in boiled moog,channa,potatoes,penuts,chaat masala,lemon juice,kurmuras,add in all the chutney and mix it well.
  5. Now take in baked puries drop in spoon of masala and top agin with all 3 chunteys and sev.
