This is an amazing and quick recipes which can be served with just roti and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10 roasted papad
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. Pinch salt
  5. Green chilli 1 small
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion until golden in color, add chopped tomatoes.
  2. Add chillies, turmeric powder and salt. cook until the masala leaves oil.
  3. Add little water for the gravy,once it bubbles, add the roasted papad, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
