  • Black urad boiled 1 cup
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Gralic chopped 1 spoon
  • Chilly powder 1 spoon
  • Butter 1 to 3 spoons
  • Salt as required
  • Haldi 1 tea spoon

  1. Take heavy bottom pan add in butter, urad, buttermilk, salt, haldi lasun,and red chilly powder and mix it well.
  2. Now cook on slow flame and once done add in butter. Best goes with bajri ki roti.
