Ingredients to make Paan Gulkand Kulfi

  • Full fat milk 1 ltr
  • Rose petal jam 4 tabelspoon
  • Calcutta paan leafs 4 to 5
  • Green cardmon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Madrasi saunf for garnis
  • Paan flavored red balls for garnish
  • Cornflour 2 spoon desolved in 2 spoon water

How to make Paan Gulkand Kulfi

  1. Firstly boil the milk, when it becomes boiling sim the gas and stirr it constantly.
  2. When it becomes thick add cornflour.
  3. After 2 to 3 minutes switch off the gas.
  4. Let it be cool, than add paan paste.
  5. Add green powder, gulkand .
  6. Mix well and put it in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the fridge for overnight.
  7. Kulfi is ready enjoy.garnish with madrasi saunf and paan flavored red balls.
My Tip: u can add shahi kalkatta paan supari too.
