ABOUT Paan Gulkand Kulfi RECIPE

This is a very tasty and aromatic kulfi

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full fat milk 1 ltr
  2. Rose petal jam 4 tabelspoon
  3. Calcutta paan leafs 4 to 5
  4. Green cardmon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Madrasi saunf for garnis
  6. Paan flavored red balls for garnish
  7. Cornflour 2 spoon desolved in 2 spoon water

Instructions

  1. Firstly boil the milk, when it becomes boiling sim the gas and stirr it constantly.
  2. When it becomes thick add cornflour.
  3. After 2 to 3 minutes switch off the gas.
  4. Let it be cool, than add paan paste.
  5. Add green powder, gulkand .
  6. Mix well and put it in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the fridge for overnight.
  7. Kulfi is ready enjoy.garnish with madrasi saunf and paan flavored red balls.
