Ingredients to make Bombil fish bharta..

  • Bombil ya any fish 5 to 6 piece
  • Chopped Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Salt
  • Green chilli, red chilli powder
  • Garam Masala powder
  • Coriander leaves

How to make Bombil fish bharta..

  1. Heat half cup of oil , add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato,salt , green chilli, red chilli powder. Cook it till u got a mashy mixture. Add the fishes. Cover it & let them cook. Dont add water . When fishes will start to leave water take a spoon & take out the middle bone of this fish. Then mash the fishes with gravy. Add garam masala powder & chopped coriander leaves. Make it dry & switch of the gas.
My Tip: Dont add water if u will make Bombil fish because this fish has itself water.
