Honey Chilli Corn Skewers

Ingredients to make Honey Chilli Corn Skewers

  • 150 gm babycorn(around 12-15 peice)
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 spring onions and greens
  • Oil for frying

How to make Honey Chilli Corn Skewers

  1. In a plate mix cornflour, salt and red chilli powder.
  2. Now put skewers in all the babycorns.
  3. Rub the cornflour mix generously on the babycorns. Keep aside for 5 min.
  4. Now in a katori mix all the sauces.
  5. Heat oil for frying. Fry the skewers till crispy(do not over crowd the kadai). Strain on a kitchen paper.
  6. Now heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute spring onions (reserve greens).
  7. Add the sauce mix. Cook for 30 sec.
  8. Now add the baby corn skewers and spoon the sauce all over them.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Enjoy!
