Ingredients to make Beetroot and Pomegranate Raita

  • Curd 250gm
  • Beetroot 1 small
  • Pomegranate 1 small
  • Sugar 2-3 tsp.
  • Salt (optional)
  • Beetroot Water (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

How to make Beetroot and Pomegranate Raita

  1. Boil the beetroot and keep aside until cool.
  2. Then, take beetroot, sugar and curd in a mixer and grind until it becomes smooth.
  3. Sieve the curd mixture. Add pomegranate to the raita.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve cold.

My Tip:

Water used for boiling the beetroot can be used to adjust the consistency of the raita.
