ABOUT Beetroot and Pomegranate Raita RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Curd 250gm
  2. Beetroot 1 small
  3. Pomegranate 1 small
  4. Sugar 2-3 tsp.
  5. Salt (optional)
  6. Beetroot Water (optional)
  7. Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the beetroot and keep aside until cool.
  2. Then, take beetroot, sugar and curd in a mixer and grind until it becomes smooth.
  3. Sieve the curd mixture. Add pomegranate to the raita.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve cold.
