Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken- 1/2 kg boneless
  2. oil- for frying
  3. Egg- 2 (add 1/4 tsp salt)
  4. For marination:
  5. Garlic- 4 to 5 crushed
  6. Paprika powder- 2 tsp
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Sugar- A pinch
  9. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  10. Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
  11. Tabasco sauce- 1/2 tsp
  12. For coating:
  13. All purpose flour- 1 cup
  14. Black pepper- 1 tsp
  15. salt- a pinch
  16. Bread crumbs- 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken properly and cut it into strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the marination and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg and keep aside.
  4. Sieve the flour and mentioned things.
  5. Now take a chicken strip and first dip it in the egg mixture then in flour then again in egg mix and then in bread crumbs. Repeat the same thing with all other chicken strips.
  6. Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes for better coating.
  7. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry them slowly.
  8. When its done, put it on the kitchen towel and remove extra oil.
  9. Serve it with boiled rice.
