ABOUT Beetroot icecream RECIPE

Yummy icecream out of leftout beetroot puree... After making beetroot cake, some puree was left out , used that puree n made this yum icecream.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Beetroot puree -2tbspn
  2. Fresh cream-200ml
  3. Powdered sugar- 4-5tbspn
  4. Rose essence -1drop
  5. Vennila essence-1drop
  6. Tutti frutti or nuts optional

Instructions

  1. Cook small beetroot until cooked.. cook with skin ..let it cool ..remove it n grind it in mixer without water until smooth paste without any lumps.
  2. Now add 2 tbsp of beetroot puree inside the cream n mix it in a electric blender or hand blender to form a smooth mixture
  3. Add powder sugar mix n at last both essence blend well..Add tuttifrutti and mixed roasted nuts into it and pour it in aluminium tray or any metal cake tray and keep it freezer
  4. After half n hour remove it and mix well and make again make a smooth n even cream n put it inside freezer
  5. do this for 3-4 times for every half n hour. and leave it to set for 4-5 hours or until completely set.
  6. No need to cover the tray.
  7. Atlast transfer it to the container to be served.
