  • 1/2 cup - oats
  • 1/2 cup -curds
  • 1/2 cup-cool milk
  • 2 tablespoons-honey
  • 1/4 cup-chopped dry fruits
  • 6-red plums
  • 1/4 -Apple
  • 1/3 cup-pomegranate
  • Few drops-vanilla essence

  1. Mix oats,curds ,milk ,essence and honey well and keep it refrigerated overnight.
