Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 cup - oats
  2. 1/2 cup -curds
  3. 1/2 cup-cool milk
  4. 2 tablespoons-honey
  5. 1/4 cup-chopped dry fruits
  6. 6-red plums
  7. 1/4 -Apple
  8. 1/3 cup-pomegranate
  9. Few drops-vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Mix oats,curds ,milk ,essence and honey well and keep it refrigerated overnight.
  2. In the morning layer the jar with first a thick layer of creamy oats .Top it with chopped fruits and dry fruits.
  3. Repeat the layer.
  4. Refrigerator it for an hour before eating.
