Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 litre full fat milk.
  2. 5 tbsp sugar.
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder.
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped dry fruits of your choice.
  5. 3 tbsp lotus seeds powder.
  6. pinch of salt.

Instructions

  1. In a vessel start boiling the milk.
  2. Let it thicken, keep stirring continously.
  3. Now add the nuts , cardamom powder sugar and finally the most important ingredient of the recipe lotus seeds powder.
  4. Stir continously to avoid lumps.
  5. Cook for another 5-10 mins.
  6. You will notice a creamy mixture is ready.
  7. Add a pinch of salt.
  8. Now comes the final step of the recipe, cool the mixture, fill the kulfi moulds.
  9. Place them in the freezer to set for about 6 hours.
  10. Finally the yummy and healthy kulfi option is ready to eat..
  11. So one more flavour added to the list of ice creams.
