Beat the heat with this soothing smoothie which contains vitamin A ,C and folic acid ,dietary fibres ,antioxidants

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Pear -1
  2. cucumber -1
  3. Lemon -1
  4. Icecubes (choice)
  5. Black salt -1/2tsp
  6. Rosted jeera powder -1/2 tsp
  7. Honey -2tbls
  8. Basil leaves -4-5

Instructions

  1. Wash pear and cucumber nicely
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Wash basil leaves
  4. In a blender add pear , cucumber and basil leaves
  5. Add black salt jeera powder ,lemon juice , honey all together and blend to make smootie
  6. Ready ur serving glass with icecubes
  7. Pour soothing smoothie in the glass garnish with basil leaves
  8. Serve immediately
  9. Don't store this smoothie for long time
