ABOUT Mango coconut cream ice pops RECIPE

An alluring summer treat for you all. Mango coconut cream ice pops are perfectly sweet, vegan, fruity popsicles. You may simply avoid adding sugar if mangoes are sufficiently sweet.Moulded in beautiful shapes these yellow delights are show stealer indeed.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango peeled and chopped 1 big
  2. Coconut cream ½ can of 250 ml
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence 2 drops
  5. Garnishing: Cashews, almonds, Tutti frutti 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put cubed mangoes, coconut milk and sugar into blender and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Add vanilla essence and give another pulse so that it would get mixed thoroughly.
  3. Pour the puree in moulds and freeze it overnight.
  4. Before serving demould ice pops and garnish with Cashews, almonds, Tutti frutti. Serve chilled.
