SULTANI SHAMI KEBAB

Ingredients to make SULTANI SHAMI KEBAB

  • Mutton keema ( boneless ) - 500 gm
  • Chick peas flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Egg - 2 no ( beaten )
  • ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
  • Pepper corn - 6 - 8 no
  • Clove - 3 no
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1teaspoon
  • Roasted red chilli - 4 no
  • Raisins - 25 gm
  • Cardamom pods - 2 no
  • Cinnamon stick - 1"
  • Bay leaf - 1 no
  • Onion sliced - 1 medium
  • Mint leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee - 1tablespoon

How to make SULTANI SHAMI KEBAB

  1. Fry onion in oil till becomes light golden brown . Remove fried onion from oil .
  2. Grind all the ingredients like ... keema , bay leaf , Cinnamon stick , pepper corn , clove , cardamom pods , salt , raisin , fried onion , ginger and garlic paste to make a smooth paste .
  3. Put the paste in a mixing bowl . Add eggs and chick peas flour and mix well .
  4. Make small round flattened balls from the mixture . You can even freeze kebabs after giving the shapes .
  5. Heat oil or ghee in a pan in medium heat and put kebabs and fry them till golden brown colour come out in both side .
  6. Serve SULTANI SHAMI KEBABS as a snack or with Pulao , Biryani or Naan or Paratha ............
My Tip: If the kebabs breaks a part while are frying , add more egg or dip in egg before frying .
