ABOUT GreenTea Coconut Smoothie RECIPE

Truly off beat but beats the heat with energising.Healthy with base of coconut water and thin coconut malai mixed with a deep concoction of Jasmine Green tea or any if your choice,with half a green apple .Try this very palatable smoothie for sure.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 water coconut
  2. 2 green tea bags Jasmine (i took)
  3. 1 tspn sugar optional
  4. 1 Green Apple

Instructions

  1. Take out water from coconut ,keep to cool
  2. Keep the soft malai too aside
  3. Now brew the green tea for 3-5 minutes
  4. Remove in a cup and cool
  5. Now wash Apple and dice small
  6. Keep ready coconut water,apple and green tea now
  7. Mix all and also coconut thin malai blend now
  8. Blend well till apple pieces get done
  9. Pour out and cool in fridge till use
  10. Serve cold and enjoy
  11. To serve chilled ko in freezer for ten minute
