Ingredients to make Tamarind Chilli Smoothie

  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/3 cup
  • Salt 1/6 tsp
  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 _2 tsp
  • Ice cubes 3_4

How to make Tamarind Chilli Smoothie

  1. Mix and blend condensed milk fresh cream together
  2. Add hung curd and tamarind pulp
  3. Add salt sugar and chilli powder , blend again
  4. Adjust sugar , salt and chilli powder according to your taste
  5. Add ice cubes and blend again
  6. Serve chilled
My Tip: I have used store bought tamarind pulp , you can make home made tamarind pulp.
