Ingredients to make Low calorie crunchy Sattu and Banana indian smoothie

  • Sattu flour(fried horse gram and fried oats powder) 4 tablespoon
  • Yelakki banana(small banana) 2
  • curd 1 cup
  • honey 1 tablespoon or as per taste
  • raisins 1 tablespoon
  • walnuts 1 tablespoon roughly powdered

How to make Low calorie crunchy Sattu and Banana indian smoothie

  1. We need all these ingredients shown in picture below to make low calorie crunchy sattu banana smoothie .
  2. Take a mixer jar add in small banana pieces ,curd and raisins .
  3. Add in honey and blend them for 1 minute.
  4. Add in sattu atta, walnut coarse powder cover the lid of jar and blend all the ingredients nicely for 1 minute.
  5. After blending smoothie should look like this in picture given below.
  6. Serve this healthy low calorie crunchy Sattu banana indian smoothie in a glass and add some banana pieces ,walnut coarse powder, raisins and drizzle some honey on top and enjoy.
