  • Red adzuki beans/Lal Chavli 1/2 cup, soaked overnight and pressure cooked
  • Soy Malt milk 2 cups (you may use regular or almond milk)
  • Dates 1/4 cup, pitted and roughly chopped
  • Frozen banana 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Powder a pinch

  1. Place boiled beans, frozen banan, half quantity of dates, milk and blend all at high speed until smooth.
