Pearl in the Sea shell

Ingredients to make Pearl in the Sea shell

  • Cream 4 cup
  • Milkmaid 400gram
  • Vanilla essence 3-4drops
  • Watermelon juice 1/2 cup or as required

How to make Pearl in the Sea shell

  1. Take cream and fold in milkmaid well. Get a smooth texture.
  2. For vanilla ice cream- Take half of the above mixture and add vanilla essence to it and mix well. Pour small amount of the mixture into mould and let it freeze. Place rest of the left mix in refrigerator to let it remain cool.
  3. For watermelon ice cream- Take the basic mixture and add watermelon juice and mix well. Now when the vanilla ice cream is freezed. Pour the watermelon mix and keep the mould tilted and let it freeze.
  4. Now repeat both the mix alternately as per space in mould.
  5. Pour watermelon juice on top to give it a different look before serving
My Tip: Use plastic wrap in the mould so that ice cream comes off easily.
