ABOUT Mango pomegranate Popsicle RECIPE

Healthy Popsicle recipe with the goodness of milk, mango, pomegranate and flax seeds.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ripe Mango 1
  2. Pomegranate 1
  3. Milk 250 ml
  4. Flax seeds 1 tsp
  5. Sugar as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and allow it to reduce till it starts thickening -stirring in between.
  2. Meanwhile chop mango and pomegranate and grind to a paste separately.
  3. Filter the pomegranate paste and extract the juice(optional).
  4. Add sugar to the milk and allow it to cool( I have used cane sugar).
  5. Add the mango pulp and pomegranate pulp/juice to the milk and stir.
  6. Powder the flax seeds and add to the mixture. Mix well.
  7. Fill the mixture in the popsicle mould and freeze.
