Digestive Smoothie ( Cucumber, curd, mint , flax seeds and ginger smoothie)

Ingredients to make Digestive Smoothie ( Cucumber, curd, mint , flax seeds and ginger smoothie)

  • Curd 2 cups
  • Cucumber grated 1 big.
  • Flex seeds 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 15 to 20
  • Ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Zeera roasted 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to make Digestive Smoothie ( Cucumber, curd, mint , flax seeds and ginger smoothie)

  1. Add half tsp of water in grated ginger and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Squeeze out Water from Cucumber. ( don't squeeze too much)
  3. Grind flax seeds and roasted zeera in dry grinding jar.
  4. Blend Curd, mint, Cucumber flax seeds, zeera ginger water. Add ice cubes too.
  5. Blend everything smooth. Add chat masala. Adjust salt.
  6. Serve with garnish of mint leaves.
