Ingredients to make American nuts ice-cream

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/2 another cup of milk
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup Choco chips
  • 1/2 cup jelly pieces
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar

How to make American nuts ice-cream

  1. Take milk and sugar in a pan and let it come to boil
  2. Now add custard powder in 1/2 cup milk well
  3. Add this mixture into milk by stirring continuesly to avoid lumps
  4. Stirr the milk till thickens and then keep aside to cool
  5. Meanwhile whip the cream till soft peaks
  6. Transfer custard milk into whipped cream and mix well and freeze for atleast 6 hours in an airtight container
  7. After 6 hours take the container out and beat the ice-cream with beater
  8. Add American jelly and choco chips and freeze again for 4-5 hours
  9. Serve chilled
  10. whip the cream till soft peaks
My Tip: Twice beating is necessary to make ice-cream soft
