ABOUT Mango Almond Ice cream RECIPE

A beautiful ice cream made with mangoes and almonds.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond 2 tbsp powdered
  2. Mango 1
  3. Milk 3 glass
  4. Sugar 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a pan.
  2. When it reduced to half, add almond and sugar.
  3. Blend mango with half cup of milk and make puree.
  4. Switch off the gas .Cool it down and add mango puree and mix it well
  5. Put it in moulds and freeze it for four hours.
