Ingredients to make Malpua

  • 150 grams maida
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10-12 tsp sugar or to taste
  • Elichi powder or any essence
  • Milk 2 cups
  • 1 cup malai
  • Ghee or oil for deep fry

How to make Malpua

  1. In a bowl add maida,sugar,essence,egg,milk and malai mix it with the help of hand blender
  2. See this mixture is in pouring consistency if not add some maida
  3. Now keep it a side for at least 2-3 hour for best results
  4. If u r in hurry add 1/2 tsp baking soda on it and give it a one blend
  5. Now take oil in a deep pan heat it and pour the mixture with the help of round spoon cook from both side
  6. And garnish with dry fruits
