Ingredients to make Paneer parcels

  • Switz samosa Patti
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 4tsp flour + 6tsp water=flour paste
  • 2 tsp oil for cooking
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Paneer parcels

  1. In a pan add 2 tsp oil now add capsicum n green chilli cook it for 2-3 min and cool it completely
  2. Now add grated paneer, cheez and salt on it and mix it properly
  3. Now cut samosa Patti
  4. Now cut into log strips
  5. Place samosa patti's like plus sign and apply flour paste in center of both Patti.make small ball n place on the center shown it the picture
  6. Now close it with the help of flour paste n deep fry it till golden brown
