Ingredients to make Tomatoes Pickle

  • 1/2 kg tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon saunf
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon kalunji
  • 1 teaspoon black rai
  • 1 teaspoon yellow Rai
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Meethi seeds
  • 1 tablespoon amchur powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt as per taste

How to make Tomatoes Pickle

  1. Firstly cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
  2. Then take pan put all spices and dry roast.
  3. Put in pan Coriander seeds, kalunji, saunf, yellow Rai, black Rai, ajwain and then make powder.
  4. After that take pan put oil heat it, then put Meethi seeds.
  5. When crackle meethi seeds add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, spices powder, sugar, amchur powder and saute for 2 min.
  6. Then kept in jar or any ceramic bowl. This tomatoes pickle only put in fridge for 15 days and eat.
