Ingredients to make Rosy Milk with KulKul

  • Rosy Milk :
  • 200 ml milk
  • 30 grm sugar
  • 30 grm Beat
  • 1 no. Cardamon
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Kulkul:
  • 200 grm Rava
  • 5 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 5 grm salt
  • 50 grm Sugar
  • 3 and 1/2 table spoon Ghee
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Rosy Milk with KulKul

  1. Rosy Milk : Take ghee in a pan and add finely grated beat and stir 3 minutes. Then after add sugar and cook till it melt.Afterwards take milk and mix it and boil till it quantity 150 ml of milk. Serve it with adding cardamon powner.
  2. Kulkul : Take Rava, Wheat flour, Salt, Sugar, Ghee, Beat pest and make a smooth dough and keep aside for half an hour. Thenafer mix it popery and make midium thik size roti and cut into quare and fold it. (KulKul shape) Then
  3. Deep fry it on midium flame and make decisions and healthy KulKul.
My Tip: Use beat crush in it for better result.
