Ingredients to make Paneer Korma

  • Paneer..300gm
  • Cashew nuts 15
  • Coconut..1/4th cup
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Star anise 1
  • Cloves. 4
  • Cinnamon Stick 1
  • Hing 1/4th spn
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Big Tomato 1
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
  • Garam Masala powder

How to make Paneer Korma

  1. Method... At first make a smooth paste of nuts & coconut & keep aside. Heat oil in a kadhai ,add spices , saute for a while. Then add ginger garlic paste, finelly chopped onion , tomato.Fry till they turn smooth & mushy. Add slightly fried paneer cubes now.Cook for a while then add cashew coconut paste. Add 2 cups hot water.Adjust salt. Cook till the oil is seen on the top of the gravy. Make a thick gravy of it. If u want garnish with coriander leaves..
