Ingredients to make Chicken stuffed paratha

  • Boneless chicken - 1 bowl
  • Maida - 2 and 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot - 2
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium sized
  • Cabbage grated - 1/2 medium sized
  • Capsicum - 1 small chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed pepper as per choice
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 inch of ginger paste
  • Chicken masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Ghee/butter/oil for frying

How to make Chicken stuffed paratha

  1. Take a bowl, put in the maida, salt, water and make a soft dough. Keep it aside.
  2. Boil the chicken with salt and pepper powder, once the chicken is cooked, cool it and shred it.
  3. Take oil in a wok, add green chilly, ginger paste and saute well. Then add onions, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and saute it for 3 minutes. Add the remaining spices and mix well. Next add the shredded chicken, mix well and stir for 1 minute. Set aside.
  4. Take the dough roll out a chapati, add the above stuffing in the center. Apply maida paste on the edges and close the chapati in a triangle shape and seal it.
  5. Take a non stick pan and fry it on both the sides by applying ghee/butter/oil.
  6. Chicken stuffed parathas are now ready to be served hot with curd or chutney.
My Tip: You can also add shredded cheese.
