Ingredients to make Rajma Ke kabab

  • 1 cup boiled rajma(red rajma beans)
  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup grated or mashed paneer
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp bhuna jeera(crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger(optional)
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • oil for cooking

How to make Rajma Ke kabab

  1. Take a bowl. Add boiled rajma, potatoes and mash both of these
  2. Now add grated paneer and mix it
  3. Add green chilli coriander leaves ginger and mix it
  4. Add all thd dry masala
  5. add besan and mix properly
  6. now make small tikkis
  7. take a wok add oil for frying
  8. Fry all the tikkis from both the sides
  9. you can do shallow frying also
  10. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with ketchup
