Ingredients to make Paneer dhaniya adrakhi with beetroot

  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 1 tbsp grated beet root
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 4 tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp cashew paste
  • 2 tabelspoon ginger juliens
  • 1 tbsp green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp corriender leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp corriender powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powdr
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp malai
  • 1 spoon whole spices( cinemon, clove, cardemon n black peeper)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

How to make Paneer dhaniya adrakhi with beetroot

  1. First heat oil n put whole spices.
  2. now add grated beetroot n ginger fry 2 mins.
  3. add chopped onion fry till change colour
  4. add tomato puree n salt.
  5. fry 6-7 mins.
  6. now add all spices n cashew paste.
  7. fry till oil seperates.
  8. now add little water n green chilli.
  9. cut paneer in cubes.
  10. now add paneer.
  11. finally add corriender leaves n malai.
  12. serve with roti.
