ABOUT Paneer dhaniya adrakhi with beetroot RECIPE

I have used beetroot in this recipe for the nice color as well as makes it healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm Paneer
  2. 1 tbsp grated beet root
  3. 2 onion chopped
  4. 4 tomato puree
  5. 1 tbsp cashew paste
  6. 2 tabelspoon ginger juliens
  7. 1 tbsp green chilli chopped
  8. 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  9. 1 tsp Turmeric
  10. 1 tbsp corriender powder
  11. 2 tsp cumin powdr
  12. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala
  14. 2 tbsp malai
  15. 1 spoon whole spices( cinemon, clove, cardemon n black peeper)
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. First heat oil and put whole spices.
  2. now add grated beetroot and ginger fry 2 mins.
  3. add chopped onion fry till change colour
  4. add tomato puree and salt.
  5. fry 6-7 mins.
  6. now add all spices & cashew paste.
  7. fry till oil separates.
  8. now add little water & green chilli.
  9. cut paneer in cubes.
  10. now add paneer.
  11. finally add coriander leaves & malai.
  12. serve with roti.
