Ingredients to make Chicken Goulash

  • onions, thinly sliced-2
  • Chicken breasts-2 (cut into cubes)
  • Garlic cloves-6(crushed)
  • Tomatoes-1(deseeded and chopped)
  • Red capsicum-1(deseeded and cut into small cubes)
  • Yellow capsicum-1(deseeded and cut into cubes)
  • Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon(crushed)
  • Paprika-2teaspoon
  • Butter-2 teaspoons
  • Olive oil/vegetable oil-1 teaspoon
  • Grounded cumin-1/2teasooon
  • Sour cream-2tespoons
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chicken Goulash

  1. Add 2 cup water in a bowl,bring it to boil, when it will start boiling,add chicken,boil it until semi cooked.Strain the water into a bowl,keep aside this water or chicken broth and chicken  
  2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over high heat.
  3. Add garlic cloves and the onions, and cook, stirring occasionally until they are well cooked,
  4. Add red , yellow and red bell pepper,chicken and cook until soft
  5. Add paprika,black pepper ,ground cumin and salt,mix well
  6. Add chicken broth,bring it to boil,when it will start booking,simmer the gas and cover with lid .Cook on low flame for 30minutes.
  7. Switch off the gas,add cream and mix.
