Ingredients to make Capsicum rings

  • Besan/gram flour 1 small cup
  • Riceflour 1 tablespoon
  • Maida/all purpose flour 1 tablespoon
  • cornflour 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • salt - acc to taste
  • red chilli powder - acc to spicelevel
  • water - 1 cup
  • Cooking soda a pinch
  • oil for deepfrying

  2. Mix all ingredinets except oil to form a thick batter so as to coat capsicum rings simply like bhajiyas
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, dip capsicum rings into batter and deep fry till golden brown
