Ingredients to make rice-paneer cutlet.(leftover dish)

  • 2 medium potatoes boiled,peeled and mashes
  • 1 cup leftover rice
  • 250 gm fresh paneer
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 pieces of grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 2-3 green chilis (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to make rice-paneer cutlet.(leftover dish)

  1. Dry the paneer by covering it in cloths.
  2. Now in bowl add dry paneer,mashed potatoes,capsicum, garam masala,salt to taste,bread crumbs, letover rice, coriender leaves and mix mixed it well for 5 min.remove from the bowl. And keep a side.
  3. rice mix will be textures of chunky soft dough.now Apply ìt little of cornflour on palm and shape the cutlet with cutlet mold and divided in to 17-18 pieces of rice cutlet.
  4. In bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour and add water , salt and make it thin paste / batter.
  5. Dip the cutlet in to the batter and the roll it in to the bread crumbs .
  6. Heat the oil in fry pan on medium high heat.drop the cutlet slowly into it.
  7. Fry the cutlet until they are golden brown.turning occasionally.this should take abou 5-7 min. Take them out over paper napkin.
  8. Now rice paneer cutlets are ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot with green chutney.
