Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 15 to 20 kashmiri dry chillies​
  2. 4 tbs chopped garlic
  3. 1 tbs chopped ginger
  4. 3tbs oil
  5. 2tbs sugar
  6. 1/2tsp Kali mirchi powder
  7. 1 tbs tomato ketchup
  8. 1tsp soya sauce
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. 3 tbs vinegar

Instructions

  1. Soak the chillies in hot water for 1/2 hr.
  2. After 1/2 hr make fine puree of chillies in a mixie and keep aside.
  3. In a non stick frying pan pour oil and then add ginger and garlic in it and saute it for 1 to 2 min..
  4. Now at this point add chilli paste and all the ingredients in it
  5. Simmer it for 15 to 20 min till the sauce thickens..
  6. Store it in sterilised glass bottle in the fridge and it lasts up to 3 to 4 months..
  7. Enjoy your relish sauce with ur choice of food
