Ingredients to make Red chilli nachos chips

  • 1 cup corn flour/Makai atta
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardomon powder
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • oil for deep fry
  • Pizza seasoning as per taste

How to make Red chilli nachos chips

  1. Mix together both the flour.
  2. Add the powders and mix.
  3. Add olive oil and knead into a dough with help of water.
  4. Roll it like a roti and cut in triangle then poke the triangles with fork.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove on tissue.
  7. Sprinkle pizza seasoning and toss with your hand.
  8. Serve with your favorite dip.
