Ingredients to make Mango Rasmalai...

  • Full fat milk 1& 1/2 ltr
  • sugar 1 cup
  • mango pulp...2 cup
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Viniger 2 spn

How to make Mango Rasmalai...

  1. Make paneee from 1 ltr milk.Mix 1 spn suji & mix it well.Mash the paneer properly
  2. Make balls
  3. Boil 1 cup sugar with 4 cup water.When it will start to boil add paneer balls.Boil it 20 mins with lid.
  4. Now make rabri from 1/2 ltr milk.Add sugar & 2 cardamom.Stir it continously till it become thick.Now switch off the gas & make it cool. Add mango pulp now & blend it. Add rasgulla & keep it in fridge
