Season of mangoes forced me to do different with it. , so made this delightful dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  2. Sugar 2 to3 tbsp
  3. Milk 1 glass
  4. Green Elaichi 2
  5. Mango 1 big chopped
  6. Chopped dry fruits 2 to 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan
  2. Put milk in it
  3. Take some cold milk and mix rice flour in it
  4. Put rice mixture in milk
  5. Keep starring until its cooked
  6. Put elachi in it too
  7. When its done put sugar in it
  8. If mangoes are sweet then put sugar less depends how much sweetness you want
  9. Put some chopped dry fruits in it
  10. Switch off the gas
  11. Let it.be cool
  12. Now cover it with cling film to avoid icing
  13. Keep it in fridge to cool
  14. Crush mangoes or grind them
  15. Put mangoes puree in phirni
  16. Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits in it
  17. Now cover it with cling film
  18. Keep in fridge for over night or 5 to 6 hours till chilled
  19. Serve chilled
