Ingredients to make Badami Besan Ladoo
- Bengal - 1 cup
- Pure / Desi - 1/4 cup
- Powdered or boora - 1/2 cup
- lightly roasted and coarsely ground - 20 gms.
- For the Flavouring: Green powder - 1/4 tsp
- To Garnish:
- blanched refreshed peeled and slivered - 10 gms
- nuts blanched peeled & slivered - 15 gms
How to make Badami Besan Ladoo
My Tip:This preparation is meant for people who love Indian sweets but with a little less ghee. You may add raisins & cashew nuts, if desired. Keep the mixture after cooling at room temperature, in the refrigerator for 12-15 minutes for better texture and also it becomes much easier to prepare ladoos.
