I took this receipe from my mom's kitchen.When i was small i didn't use to eat vegetables in order to eat vegetables, she used to make pakodas of this laal saag,which is very tasty ,i used to finish pakodas ,now also i make it and i and my children like it very much. Delicious and healthy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.Two cup finely chopped lal saag(Health benefit :-Useful in anaemia,kidney problem,good vision,good for hair)
  2. 2.Half cup grated beetroot(Health benefit:-Useful for bones,liver,kidney.Contains vit-C,vit-B,fibre,Minerals potassium and magnisium.
  3. 3.Half cup rice floor
  4. 4.Half cup bread crums
  5. 5.Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
  6. 6.Two green chilli finely chopped
  7. 7.One table spoon dhaniya jeera powder
  8. 8.Salt as per your taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients well,make small balls.
  2. Fry all the balls one by one (deep fry)
  3. Serve with sauce
